Made for users in Canada. Canaro Hub Pro does support satellite outside Canada, but this tool won't work for that. If you need help aiming your antenna, contact support. Otherwise, as a rule, the antenna faces toward the equator.

Will it see the satellite?
This looks at hills and land only. It assumes the antenna has a clear view of the sky: no trees, roofs or walls in the way. The satellite sits about 30° above the horizon here, so anything tall and close by matters.
Pick your mount.
The antenna is built to live outdoors. Even a single pane of glass takes a big bite out of the signal, so mount it outside whenever you can.
Indoors through glass, expect a noticeably weaker link. If you can get outside, do.

Eaves stick out past the wall. Follow the line where the wall meets the ground, or the window itself.
South, and up
Across Canada the satellite sits about 30° above the southern horizon. A south-facing outside wall with open sky is ideal.
