Proceed to CheckoutEvery connectivity plan includes a monthly backup allowance: up to 12 hours on the next tier up (cellular backup on WiFi plans, satellite backup on WiFi + Cellular plans) so an outage never takes your hub offline.
If a hub uses up its allowance in a month, it is bumped to that next tier at the tier's full monthly rate for a 30 day window, with all of that tier's allowances included. When the window ends, your regular plan and renewals resume automatically.
Bumps are on by default and you can opt out per hub, here at checkout or any time from your dashboard. An opted-out hub that exhausts its allowance loses backup connectivity until the month resets.
