Regulatory certifications
Every Canaro device ships with the radio and EMC certifications required for sale and operation in Canada and the United States.
- FCC Part 15 Certified under U.S. FCC Part 15, Subpart B (unintentional radiators) and Subpart C (intentional radiators for cellular, BLE, and LoRa transmitters), confirming the device meets U.S. limits for radio-frequency emissions.
- ISED Canada Certified to the applicable Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) RSS standards for sale and operation in Canada, including RSS-247 for licence-exempt radios and RSS-Gen for general radio compliance.
- UL / CSA safety Power supplies and any components subject to North American product-safety regulations are UL- or CSA-listed where required, including for ETL- or NRTL-recognized variants.
- Carrier certification Cellular hubs are certified for use on the carrier networks they operate on, with PTCRB or carrier-specific approvals where required.
